Have you struggled with setting and maintaining effective boundaries?

Are you overwhelmed with the amount of new information we are bombarded with every day and just don't know where to start to get everything accomplished?

You are not alone.

Just like you, I truly wanted to stay updated on the news every single minute.  But, honestly, it was a struggle and I was overwhelmed until I finally implemented effective boundaries that were based on my personal values.

Knowing your personal values and taking action that's aligned with your values is THE most important thing you should consider before you say yes to that next request, mindlessly turn on the TV or reach for that carton of ice cream.

(Ben & Jerry's is my favorite)

Knowing how and when to take action, what to say no to and how to set and maintain effective boundaries are a MUST right now.  In order to serve at your best, you need to first take care of yourself.

Carving out one hour for this webinar is just that, Self Care.

I look forward to seeing you in one of the live sessions -- Register Below!

See you soon,

Angela
